Social Services - UK

It is very easy to target social /children's services as bad people when things go wrong or go against general public opinion. Here you will find both negative & positive stories, although the negative are always going to be more in evidence as people when happy say little!!

The strict policy of the pompous hobbit project is to present both sides, but not to endorse or support a particular view. Every story has more than one side, and in editorial I will not doubt cover this.
